13	Shipper Cancelled Load	Additional Message to Carrier: “Please call «Broker» for more information.”
14	Carrier Request to Cancel	Carrier and Broker had conversation over the phone and for reasons other than listed, they decided to part ways for that particular load.
15	Missed Pick-up	Driver was no-show for pick-up.
16	Carrier Declined Tracking	If Carrier refused to accept tracking initiation OR failed to provide driver cell phone number for tracking to be started.
