Stuck Between Panic and Perspective, What Would You Do?

I’ve been really anxious about school lately. Deadlines keep piling up, and the pressure is making everything feel heavier than it should. At my worst moment, I even wondered if I should take HESI test for me just to escape the stress for a second. But after calming down, that thought didn’t sit right. Now I’m conflicted and trying to reflect instead of react. Is this burnout, fear, or just poor time management? I could really use some honest opinions.
