I’m currently working on integrating Truckstop rate data into our in-house TMS and wanted to see how others here have approached it. We’re trying to streamline how we pull daily rates and historical data so our dispatch team can make faster decisions.

I’ve looked at the Truckstop API documentation, but I’m curious about a few practical points:

Are you using webhooks or scheduled API calls for updates?

Did you run into any rate-limit issues when fetching large datasets?

Is there a recommended data structure/model for storing the results efficiently?

Any best practices for authentication and keeping tokens refreshed?

If anyone has gone through this process and can share insights or lessons learned, I’d really appreciate it.
Just trying to avoid common pitfalls before we move too far forward.
