The Puzzle That Took Over My Evenings: My Journey With Sudoku

I still remember the first time I stumbled upon a Sudoku puzzle. It was on the back page of a newspaper my dad brought home when I was a teenager. At first glance, it looked like a boring grid full of numbers—like some leftover math homework. But curiosity got the better of me, and I started filling in a few squares. Ten minutes later, I was hooked.

That moment kicked off what I can only describe as an on-and-off relationship with Sudoku. Sometimes, it’s the game that calms me down after a long day. Other times, it drives me absolutely crazy—especially when I stare at the same puzzle for an hour without making any progress. But somehow, I always come back.
